The flat is available from 5 p.m. on day of arrival
and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on day of departure.
Central heating, bedding and towels are included, along with a
Welcome Pack of Local Welsh Produce

There is a £1 meter for electricity
All breakages and damage must be paid for.
Loss and damage of personal property is at owner's risk.
A well-behaved dog is accepted but must not be left
on its own in the flat.
